Product Uniqueness
All Salvation Jewellery pieces are handmade and may contain slight imperfections. No two items are identical, adding to the unique character of each piece.

Product Representation
We strive to provide accurate images of our products however, we cannot guarantee that images will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design of that product. Product dimensions provided are approximate. If dimensions are critical to your intended use of our products then please contact us prior to placing your order.

Product Care
Please treat your Salvation Jewellery with care as they are delicate items. Avoid contact with perfumes and abrasive surfaces, or excessive exposure to water and sunlight. Do not bend or drop from heights to avoid breakage. We suggest you hang tassel earrings to keep tassels looking their best. If need be, tassels can be smoothed gently with hands dampened with water.

Most products within our store are “one of a kind” and once sold, they are no longer available for purchase. Items are not recorded as sold until checkout is complete and payment is confirmed. This means that a single item can be placed in two or more customer’s shopping carts at the same time but can only be purchased by the first customer to successfully checkout. If an item in your shopping cart is no longer available at checkout, you will need to remove the item prior to proceeding.

Salvation Jewellery accepts credit/debit card payments from all Australian-issued and most international cards with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express logo. We use the very reputable, SquareUp Pty Ltd, as our credit/debit card payment gateway provider and your card details are never stored on the Salvation Jewellery servers. We also accept payments made through Paypal, which are subject to the terms and conditions of PayPal Australia Pty Ltd. All charges are in Australian dollars. Users of internationally issued cards may incur additional fees associated with currency conversion and international transactions. Please consult your card issuer for further information on international transactions fees as they will be the customer’s responsibility to pay.

Please read our Shipping & Handling page for details regarding shipping options, services and costs. It is imperative that you provide accurate shipping details for your order. Addresses within Australia must be serviced by Australia Post’s standard mail/parcel delivery services (unless prior arrangements have been made with us). Salvation Jewellery will not be responsible for lost or returned orders due to inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer. Where an order is returned to us under these circumstances, the customer will be charged an additional fee to ship the order a second time, regardless of the order value.

We only accept returns for unused items that are faulty or damaged upon delivery. Upon receiving your order please inspect the items for fault or damage, and if needed, initiate a return as soon as possible through our online form. All returns must be initiated by the customer within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Cancellations & Exchanges
Please review your cart carefully before finalising your order as orders cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been placed. For hygienic reasons we do not accept exchanges under any circumstances.
